As a dedicated chef,I always want to practise and invent various recipes.
So let's get to know the marinated recipe though this is a classic one.
INGRIDIENTS
*1full chicken(thawed and cut into 4pcs)
*250g oil
*Minced ginger + garlic
*Chopped coriander leaves
*1tablespoon Tumeric powder
*1tablespoon Curry powder
*2 tablespoon Garam masala powder
*Blended bulb onions
*Salt to taste
Method.
1. Pour oil into a 2-cup liquid measuring cup.
2. Mix together salt, garam ,currypowder and tumeric and add to olive oil. Add garlic, onions, and coriander leaves and Mix together well with a fork to form a marinade.
3. Pour marinade over the chicken in the zip top bag. Remove as much air as possible from the bag and seal. Turn the bag from side to side to make sure all chicken has been coated with the marinade.
4. Place the bag flat on a small, rimmed kitchen sheet pan and into the refrigerator. Allow to sit up to 1 hour or overnight for best results, turning the bag over every few hours to keep the chicken coated.
5.preheat the oven up to 350degrees and place your chicken pieces up to 15 minutes .NB.you can also do a deep fry .the oven not a must.
Serve when hot.
