Kachumbari is a light and fresh tomato and onion appetizer that goes down well with other food inclusive but mostly on meat and rice dishes.kachumbari can be eaten as a salad as well as a condiment

INGRIDIENTS;
*Ripe tomatoes
* 1 medium sized bulb onion,diced
*coriander leaves/dhania
*pepper(not a must)
*salt to taste( optional)
METHOD:
*Chop the tomatoes mostly done in a circular shape
*Dice the onion
*Cut into small pieces the coriander leaves/dhania
*Cut small pieces of pepper( if needed)
*Mix well and add salt if needed for best taste
